Currently work as a developer and getting income from another company. I have designed my own applications which I want to sell so I want to start a small business. I want to discuss with an accountant about how to start up this business. The initial conversation will be about how to start up the business and then moving forward I would need an accountant to check up on me and see if everything is fine. I just need some basic information regarding the setup of a company I am considering forming, tax rules etc
