Please could you let me know terms of service and costs for accounting. I have no idea what to do in terms of self assessment or submission of accounts. I have been let down by an accountant who has already been in touch with HMRC but as I never receive any reply to calls/texts/or voice messages I am at a loss as to what to do. I have been a sole trader since Sept 2009 and have not yet had any accounts submitted. I don't know whether I should have or not.
