We are newly setup business, we have formed the limited company, vat registered, new bank opened and PAYE applied for, we will do our own book keeping upto Trial Balance and can produce Profit and Loss account, we can also do our own Payroll and file our own VAT Returns.
The only services we may require from CA is to file our statutory tax return at the year end, sort out Share and bit of an advise as to how to account our wages, bonus to directors etc, its a one time consultantion in year only and the most organised company in terms of its accounts, hence looking for a competitive quotes to ensure that we keep our cots down to bare minimum in the initial years of operations of our business
