After being made redundant a couple of months ago I have decided to become a freelance consultant/contractor.
I need to set up my own limited company and appoint an Accountant to assist with this and the ongoing accounting and taxation needs. There are several other things I would like to investigate relating to pension contributions and appointing my two daughters as shareholders. Ideally I would like an accountant that I could meet face to face, hence my preference for someone local to me.
