Hi, I am a property investor who controls property I lease from landlords and then sublet to tenants. This creates cashflow and I never own these properties. I also turnover around £20k and rising per month. I have recently launched some property investment products that I sell, which is either a one off or a training course.
I am looking for an accountant that completely understands property investment, inside out. I have had other accountants in the past that do not specialise in property and have not been up to speed.
I am slo looking for an accountant that is in business themself and understands tax laws inside out to ensure i pay the least amount of tax possible.
We have one part time member of staff, PAYE and then adhoc self-employed home workers.
