I'm a US citizen living in the UK. I have been approached by a US company about employment. They're asking me if I'd prefer to be hired as a full-time employee, or as a consultant. I need help navigating that decision. Do they need to set up an EOR if they want to hire me as a full-time employee? Do I need to register as a limited company or a sole trader in order to consult for them? How do I navigate being paid in US currency?
