I am resident in Germany and work for an UK employer. I work from home but also commute to the UK. I paid tax in the UK as a normal UK based employee and was taxed at source. The German tax authorities now want me to pay tax in Germany on my UK income that I earned while physically working in Germany. I need help with Self Assessment in this circumstances.
