I am a Data Analytics contractor, paid mainly in USD but into a UK bank account (Wise). I would like some assistance in determining the correct exchange rates to use. I would also like advice more generally on my self-assessment and how I can optimise this. I would like to submit my self assessment for 2021/2022 in April 2022, as this will be my second year of official accounts, which I need to apply for a new mortgage.
