Looking for accountant to help me in starting up my business. Have formed a Ltd company which is going to manage a commercial website, due to launch at the end of September. First year turnover around £12k. Keen to understand as much as possible on the financial side but would like advice on setting up the correct bookkeeping system (if you can provide spreadsheets, even better). Need to be sure that I am paying the right NI as currently self-employed. Need you to prepare and submit the annual accounts, the corporation tax return and at least assist me with my self assessment, plus set up and manage the PAYE (although I do not expect to take a salary, I understand this will still need to be set up for NI etc?) I work from home. Please let me know if this is something you can help with and, if so, give me an idea of the annual/monthly fees. I would also like someone to be available to answer e-mails/phone calls with queries from time to time, without additional charge. Kind regards, Rebecca Hainsworth
