Hamilton Court Management (Ealing) Limited own the Freehold of 42 flats and 25 garages that pay Service Charges and Ground Rents.
Annual Accounts
Details of these are set out on excel spread sheets and we also produce the following in addition to the Hamilton Court flats and Garage Service Charge and Ground Rent excel spread sheets:
• Invoice record spread sheet
• A4 file of all invoices paid recording cheque numbers and dates
• Banking books to include cheque books and paying in books
• Bank statements
Company Secretary
We would also need somebody undertake Secretarial services, dealing with new owners, providing them with Share Certificates and dealing with any enquiries the new owners’ solicitors may have. The Co. Secretary will need to communicate with the new owners directly as regards these costs, however, we would appreciate knowing what your overall charge will be for this service as regards the formalities of registering new Directors and lodging resignations, filing the Financial Statements etc. with Companies House, separate to accountancy fees set out above.
