I am working in NHS Hospital with Annual Salary of £85K. My wife also works in NHS Hospital with annual salary of £65K.
I also do some private practice at local private hospital and has an annual turnover of £35 (for this tax year 2014-15). I have nit formed any PLC. I have prepared a proper file of all the paper work & kept all invoice of income and expenses (secretary + hospital room chargers + stationery etc) for this tax year in clean and organised way.
I am looking for advice to submit my tax return in a tax efficient way that is either submitting return for this year and in future years (either as self employed or forming a PLC and submit a return with adding my wife as partner in that PLC etc.) Do not mind working locally or remotely.
