I just set up my company a limited company. It is a services company which offer different kind of services speciality accommodation but also other services such us job advise, build cv, job search, help people to open a bank account, insurance number etc)
As I said the main part of the business is renting room I have agreements and partnerships with private landlords and estate agents which provide me with properties which I sublet. I have also agreements which academies in spain which provide me with tenants and clients.
I do not know the services that the law requires me to do but I want an accountant to help me with this. I want to work locally with an accountant so that I can explain my situation in person.
