Quote request from an individual

I have a house which I've been letting out for about three years. I had to move for work and didn't want to sell immediately, I've still got it as it's not a good time to sell. I never really considered the tax implications - I let it out at a loss and it never occurred to me that I was getting away with anything.

Obviously I need to come clean about this.

I've only just become aware of this and haven't mentioned it to HMRC yet. I need advise on my next steps and a quote for any services that I'll need. The property is let for £500pm and the mortgage is £486pm, I use an agent and they take 10pc.

Please let me know if you need to know anything else.

Thanks

Gareth
