I have failed to submit Tax return for 3 years and have received contact from a co collection agency regarding penalty fees. I need to get in touch with HMRC and organised a solution but I'm not sure about the best strategy, what they will need me to do or what the outcome will be when I cannot pay the total tax and penalties due.
