I was in business with my ex partner. I set up a personal account that transactions went into until she bought me out in February 2014. However, that income was accounted for by a limited company that she was director for. I need advice on whether I am liable for the tax the income on that personal account and also on what tax I am liable to pay on the money that she spent on buying me out.
