I am starting a landscape gardening company in February next year. I am looking for an accountant who will explain this whole process to me, all the ins and outs. I would like the accountant to set up my limited company and send my yearly forms to HMRC and Company House. Also taking care of all tax forms and paperwork. I also would like the accountant to register me as a director/employee of the company and sort out my own tax and Ni contributions.
Would rather work with a local accountant, but also willing to work remotely with an online accounting package, as long as everything is explained thoroughly to him, as it would be his first time using such software.
