The business is a maintenance company. Started Jan 2014. Have been using self made excel spreadsheets to manage information but moving to Sage asap as the excel is insufficient .
I need someone to answer general questions about the business accounts and to guide/instruct on the correct legal requirements.
The biggest area at the moment is Payroll, contractors are being used but we have direct staff we have ready to take on but need guidance on what needs to be done.
We are looking to expand in 2015 so need someone who is currently available for some ongoing work to help the business comply.
The state of the 'accounts' is basic at the moment and the main focus is to get the current information checked that it complies and then ongoing support etc.
