I am an IT/HR/Payroll consultant who is leaving permanent roles to become an independent consultant, and as such have been advised to set up a limited company to provide services through.
I am therefore looking for an appropriate Accountant to provide advice and services to support this. Need help deciding whether to set up as a limited company or a sole trader. Beyond that general financial advice.
Currently storing records online in excel. Moving forward would consider an online accounting software.
