Hello,
We incorporated today a new LTD company. I've chosen 1 employees because we are 2 directors.
Our company will be the legal part of our website. The website offers videos which users all over the world can suscribe to. They pay a monthly fee depending on which country they are. In theory, our payment gateway will do all the transfers in GBP. We won't be managing currencies in our accounts but, I guess, we should provide invoices to our customers in their currencies.
Prices will vary from the country you're paying from. UK would be 9GBP, Europe 9€, USA $9, etc. We're focused on content in Spanish, we will probably have a lot of customers in south america.
Have recently founded the company and will be launching it for trading in November, following our move to the UK.
Will be requiring the services of an accountant to assist with registering with HMRC, help with tax and VAT returns, also paying dividends in the UK.
As we travel alot we will require an accountant who is prepared to work remotely, with majority of correspondence being through email and phone.
All data is to be recorded online, so would like an accountant familiar with online accounting software.
