Hi,
I need to file my first batch of annual accounts (for a small non-profit CIC) to Companies House and my first Corporation tax to HMRC.
They need to be submitted by 21/10/2014 - I thought I would be able to do this myself as I only have 1 landscape page of transactions on a spreadsheet (just 11 transactions!!!) but I have underestimated the complexity and understanding required to achieve this on time.
Please help.
