I am an author looking to find out more about how to operate as a sole trader. Was previously operating under PAYE but last month began trading as a sole trader.
I have registered with HMRC as a sole trader, Earning a salary as a professor but also receive royalties and money for consultancy.
Want to be able to do own books but will need help with end of year returns and general start up advice as a sole trader.
