Hi I am in process of disclosing unpaid tax through HMRC Let Property campaign. Should be straightforward, except I don;t understand what I have to do, so need professional help. Had a property to let for the last 5 years, have recently sold it and need help calculating backdated tax owed.
I had one property let since dec 2009 until March/April this year, 2014 so have tax outstanding for current tax year too.
Will be requiring the assistance of an accountant to help resolve and calculate all backdated tax for the last 5 years of the property.
All records/bank statements for the last 5 years of the lettings recorded online, and am currently in the process of logging it into spreadsheets.
Open to working both locally and remotely with an accountant, more than happy to work via email
