I am a contractor in financial services and opened a ltd after being adviced it was better than being paid through an umbrella company. The accountant I had/have does not file any accounts in time neither does he reply or advice how much and when my VAT is due etc. I am currently in need of a new accountant ASAP as companies house has said my annual accounts is overdue and this has been taken to debt collectors. Also my VAT is due to be paid I believe, company was set up in April 2012. I need the new accountant to take over everything and file the accounts with HMRC as well getting in touch with my old accountant and requesting all the docs required for the take over. I need all this sorted ASAP as I want to close the company down
