Hi there, I recently got into the property rental market having purchased a number of properties and been renting them out since March and need to work out how much and how to pay any taxes that I may owe to HMRC.
Will require the services of an accountant to help work out landlord rental costs, help with tax and end of years return.
Currently operating through a lettings management agency who send monthly invoices, and majority of the rest of the records recorded on paper.
Open to working both locally and remotely.
But want an initial quote before engaging in long term partnership with accountant.
