Company is Marketing Monkey Ltd trading since January 2014. Two Directors including myself bring in £6000 per month currently and we wish to draw salary and dividends on a monthly basis. I have a cashbook and expenses form for each month so fairly organised on that front...and just need an accountant to figure taxes and what we can draw with minimum tax payouts and as large as dividend as possible.
