Myself and A friend if mine both have limited companies as directors. We are software engineers and each issue 2 invoices each to our employer in canada. Now what we are looking for is someone who will make sure we do it all legally, a person who will tell us how much tax, NI and other government fees are to be paid, when to be paid, who to pay it to and how to pay them. We also want to make sure all documents get submitted to appropriate institutions so we can just focus on our work
