I am considering a franchise that opperates providing cleaners for clients, where the client pays the cleaner and the client also pays the agent (me - if I go ahead) an agency fee.
My question is I understand new tax rules apply regarding agencies. ie "Employers will no longer be able to avoid National Insurance by using intermediary agencies to employ staff and pretend they are self employed." Would these new rules apply to me if I were to take up the franchise.
