I set up a company a little over a year ago when I left my job to go contracting. I never ended up needing to use it, so I did nothing with it at all.
Last month I did my annual return online and a short while after that I had a letter from them requesting that I submit a tax return. I have that letter.
What I want to do is close the company, and tie up any loose ends required.
