Hello
Can you give me a quote for the following scenario:
I have operated a Ltd Co. for 4 months - I am a marketing contractor who was paid via my own company - however have now reverted back in house, so no longer have use for my company.
Company was set up Dec 2011.
First income was paid 27 Jan running monthly until 27 April.
Total earnings £20k
I need to wrap up my company (mothball) and allocate any corporation tax aside - this won't be due til Sept 2013
I'm aware that there may be forms (P35 & P14 and P11Ds) to complete ?
Can you give me a ballpark price to sort the tax position and also completion of forms ?
Can confirm there will be no more income through this company for rest of 2012/13.
I am sole employee.
