I have limited company which I opened in january 2012. I havent done any traiding. I don't have a bank account and i am not registered for corporation tax, but i have registered for VAT. I need an accountant to deal with hrmc with all the returns and bookeeping (we use www.clearbooks.co.uk and need a Clear Books Partner Accountant).
