Dear Mr/Mrs,
I want to kindly ask you for some details about Ltd. in the UK incorporation.
1) are there some obligatory standards for the Ltd? (some reguired minimum turnover etc.)
2) are there some requirements for directors? (e.g. minimum wage, whether he have to work full time in one company, whether he have to work some minimum hours/month for one company)
3) can the company be in the long run (e.g. 5-10 years) in the loose? Or will it be after some time cancelled by some institution? If so, how long it can be in loose?
