Hi,
I left the UK on 6 May 2012 to work in Afghanistan until may 2013 (only returning for 10 days holiday in Nov/Dec). Am i liable for tax or classed as a non resident because I have been in the UK for less than 90 Days in the given tax year 2012-2013?
1 April-6 may 2012 = 36 days in the UK
10 days holiday Nov/De 2012 = 10 days in the UK
total 46 days within the UK during that tax year.
