Looking to switch accountant to perform
1) Quarterly VAT return due end of July
2) PAYE - payroll to stop
3) Corporation Tax - due in Dec 12 but want to complete sooner
4) Annual Accounts - due in April 2013
Company was used as a contracting company for 2 1/2 years, now business has changed to offer a recruitment service with a new subsidiary that has been setup in India. Existing accountant has changed entity and is not in a good operational state and would need assistance switching accountant.
