I am serving as treasurer of the association for veterinary teaching and research work (AVTRW), and am required to have our association accounts for the period Jan 2011 to Jan 2012 audited by a chartered accountant. I have already calculated and presented our accounts to the association AGM, so it is just to check that these are correct. I will provide my cashbook calculations and accounts summary, and all relevant records - either these could be brought to an office in central Glasgow or we could meet at the Garscube campus of University of Glasgow where I work in the vet school. There is one folder with all receipts etc for all transactions for the 1 year period (with total income ~£3k and expenditure ~£7k), plus a folder with all current account bank statements (single account), a folder with savings account statements (single account with no activity), and cheque book stubs.
