i have been a non-resident for tax purposes for several years ( under 90 days p.a. in uk ), and was advised by revenue to no longer make returns until my situation changed. i am considering now spending more time in uk, and seek advice as to practicalities and implications of changing my status.
i also have savings offshore with aib in isle of man. they advise they are closing down offshore operations, and i seek advice as to how not to attract any tax on movement of these savings
