I am looking for someone to prepare my annual report, corp tax and quarterly VAT returns based on information I provide. I can provide well organized books in whatever format is required. My main concern is I need someone to make sure all my filings are timely and nothing is forgotten and to do the calculations for me so that I don't have to - but that I can review and understand them before approving. I don't have time to track all the filings or prepare the accounts, but I keep excellent records. My company is very basic with salary below NI limit and dividends and no assets. Just income and salary and dividend payments.
