I am a partner in a retail pharmacy business, meaning I get a share of the annual profits. Last year I received this as personal income and paid an unbelievable amount of tax.
I was told by another accountant that it is perfectly legal and above board for me to receive my share of the profits through a LTD company, so I have registered one and it has begun trading about a month ago.
The company receives an advance on the profits of £3000 a month, plus at the end of the tax year, the balance of my share.
I need an accountant to handle the paperwork for HMRC and Companies House and also advise me on tax efficiency and allowable expenses. (we use www.clearbooks.co.uk and need a Clear Books Partner Accountant).
