I am in the process of a divorce and have some property, one of which i sold during this tax year though i am renting my current accommodation. For part of the year I was paying a mortgage on a property my soon-to-be-ex-husband was taking the rent for. I pay two mortgages in addition to my rent. I work part time and am in receipt of tax credits. I am confused about my tax return for this year and need help filling it in and am pretty resigned to it being late.
