I owned a letting agency business May 2009 to Aug/Sept 2010.
However due to the recession hitting the UK my partner got transferred abroad for work and I therefore had to sell up and leave.
Companies House isn't allowing me to close the business until I've issued my tax forms which I don't know how to do.
I'm looking for a company to help me in this process. The company made no profit and I started my account on Sage but can put it onto an excel spreadsheet design of your choice and send it to you.
Please be aware that all bank statement and any company invoices are all with me in Belgrade, Serbia, which is where I'm am now living.
