Hello,
I have recently started a limited liability company and so need assistance with anything tax-related. It is very straight forward, with myself as the only employee. Things I can think of so far are Company Tax, Company Annual Report, Personal Tax, VAT, Payroll.
It is possible that I may only operate the company for 6 months and so do not want a 12-month flat-rate accountancy service. Flat rate for less than 12 months, or pay-per-service is preferred.
Once I know the requirements for how to do some things, such as payroll, I will be happy to do them myself.
