Hi,
Am a Sole Trader (photographer/designer) since June 2011. Pre June 2011 was unemployed. Currently receiving Working Tax Credit and have begun getting small jobs. Currently on a clearbooks trail (9 days left) - have downloaded all my business bank csv data and imported into clearbooks for July>Dec 2011. All data good but may need some assistance on checking that I have selected correct accountancy codes etc as new terriorty for me. Have been keeping all receipts/invoices etc & am fairly organised.
As of yet I have not secured a bookkeeper/accountant for my first initial year, am looking for one and greatly welcome your quote. I think that my requirements are fairly basic, comb over my clearbooks, occassional advice/guidance and SA tax return completion.
Any advice/guidance would be greatly appreciated as new to self-employment.
