Hi there
I am the director and sole employee of a ltd company, I left my 'job' so am not generating anymore income for the company. I have moved to Australia permanently and would like to close the company.
I stopped working on March 4th 2011. So this is effectively when the company stopped operating for income purposes. I will have to lodge a tax return for the period Nov 10-Mar 2011.
Please could you advise what needs to be done to pay the tax and close the company? Please provide an itemised fee for this?
