We are a new Limited company with two directors.
Both of us have been self-employed for over ten years.
With Imp. Inc. Ltd we will focus on interior design and accessories.
We will design and produce everything in-house at first.
Our designs will be sold through various websites, maintained by us or by others.
We will also offer wholesale to shops throughout Europe.
The registered office is located in London (w1office.com) but we operate from Spain.
So most of the communication will be through email.
Currently we have and accountant who has set up the company.
But communication isn't going very well and we feel he is not comfortable with the situation.
Therefore we are looking for another accountant.
