We are a family run homebuilding limited company based in London looking for an experienced, reliable and very meticulous individual accountant and tax consultant for long term relationship, who ideally specializes in property development and construction sphere.
Our company was incorporated in March 2010 but started trading in June this year, having bought a site for the erection of 3 houses in Greater London and estimate a turnover in a region of £600,000 till May 2012 upon selling the houses and increasing turnover afterwards.
At present, we are employing a Construction Manager, thus with a Director/single shareholder there are two employees in the company.
We would expect from you:
To prepare and file all necessary monthly, quarterly and annual Returns with HMRC and Companies House
Maintain everyday bookkeeping
PAYE, NIC and CIS administration
Prepare Management Accounts
Providing professional tax saving advice
Using a web based accounting system so we could have the same view of our accounts
