Hello, my name is Stephen Ellis, I am an electrician and I am the sole owner of an electrical business called S.E. Electrical Services. I am currently going through the process of divorce and completing Form E. I need to answer these questions:
1) Estimate of the current value of your business interest.
2) Estimate of any Capital Gains Tax that would be payable if you were to dispose of your business now
3) The Net Value of your interest in this business after any Capital Gains Tax Liability.
I also need any documentation, upon which I have based my estimate of the current value of interest in the business, for example a letter from an accountant. It is not essential to obtain a formal valuation.
Is this something you could help me with?
I complete my own VAT Returns and Tax Returns and could provide you with all my information.
