The company was set up on 31 Dec 2009 but I did not start trading until August 2010. Have just received a letter from companies house stating my accounts for last year have to be in by the end of this month however when I spoke to someone last year they said that my accounts started when I started trading so I a a bit confused. However I spoke to someone at companies house yesterday and they state they require accounts for the year 2010 even though I only started trading in August. I need an audit of my accounts.
