We're a newly incorporated UK Ltd that exists primarily to indemnify the cofounders (x2) whilst experimenting with a web business, it's a typical garage startup for the web, and we don't expect to try and make a profit until we have a decent sized user base. Outgoings are < £100 per month, income nil (personally funded). We need simple advice to keep the books in check, and also to help with end of year submissions. With no regular turnover, there shouldn't be much to keep on top of, but as well you know - this stuff can be very challenging for new business owners.
