I live and work in Australia but have a flat that I rent out in London. I therefore need to do a yearly tax return and to do UK property and I believe foreign pages. The flat is managed by an agency who supply annual statements. I believe that my tax return should be a very straightforward thing to do as my flat is my only UK income and most expenditure is documented via agents statement. The only additions are my spending on related travel to UK and phone use etc. I have been using Christopher Lunn and co to do my accounts but am no longer going to do this.
I would be grateful if you could give me an estimation os your costs should you prepare and submit accounts year end April 2011 for me, as well as letting me know what you would need fro me and a rough estimation of time to prepare and submit. Thank you so much,
