I formed Verto Management Ltd. on 2nd March 2009. The company was established to provide restructuring, recovery, business development and financial improvement skills to ailing and developing businesses. The company is dormant but is VAT registered and I have filed returns up January 2011 and I shall be submitting a further return shorlt. Within the past week I have received an assignment and, as such, the company will soon start to trade; hence the need to find a suitable accountant. The contract is worth a minimum of £24,000 p.a. but could be considerably higher.
