Hi there,
I am a freelance film producer who works in advertising. I've not had much freelance experience before.
I have been working for the same company as a freelancer for over a year now, and have been invoicing them directly.
As part of their proceedure, they pay my tax on my behalf as PAYE.
I am paying way more tax than I should be, so I know I am due for a tax return.
I also need advice on whether I should set myself up as a sole trader/company and some advice on what to do with expenses etc...
